The 2016 Board of Trustees election is underway!
Over the last month, the voting members have submitted many nominations for new Board of Trustee members, and fourteen people have agreed to participate in the 2016 election.
Each candidate will be listed below, with a link to a personal campaign page. The campaign pages allow for full comments, so engage with the candidates, ask questions, make your recommendations, and help shape the future of the F# Software Foundation!
There is also a new #2016_board_campaign channel on the F# Software Foundation Slack. Feel free to ask questions of your candidates there, as well.

Election Process
The plan for the elections is to use the following tentative schedule (subject to change):
- April 28th: Nominations for new Board of Trustees was opened to Sustaining Member and Sponsor Delegates
- May 11th: Nominations close
- May 12th: Campaigning for all nominees begins
- May 26th: Voting opens
- June 1st: Voting ends
- June 2nd: Annual Member meeting held, new Board of Trustees announced
Getting Involved
If you would like to nominate yourself or another candidate, please discuss and have a Sustaining Member or Sponsor Delegate submit the nomination.
If you would like to participate directly in the vote, consider joining the F# Software Foundation as a Sustaining Member.
